Crealise developed the AQUASEQUR+ cap to address the problem with two-piece, non-spill caps with foam liners. There are many times when the plug from a two-piece cap ends up floating in the bottle while on a cooler. Although the supplier may explain that the plastic thing floating in the bottle is harmless, it is still something floating in the bottle. Customers don't like that! These same plugs also end up in bottle washers. This increases maintenance time, sometimes jams pumps and certainly raises the cost of production. Foam liners are another issue. These liners are loosely placed in the cap and tend to shift position, fold or fray at the edges, causing leaks and/or tiny floating particles. Crealise has resolved both the floater and leaking problems of no-spill caps. The AQUASEQUR+ cap is a patented, one-piece cap with an o-ring gasket heated into it. The one-piece design eliminates the plug that floats in the two-piece cap. The gasket will not shift position or fray, thus eliminating leaking bottles or the particles that can occur from the foam liner. Because the cap is one piece, it not only resolves the problems with other two-piece caps, it is also cost-saving to manufacture and can be sold at a lower price. However, it does not re-seal. |
